The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
The Human Resources Coordinator will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Manage employee records and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Assist with employee relations issues, such as performance reviews, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Conduct exit interviews and process termination paperwork.
Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, 401(k) plans, and other benefits.
Coordinate employee training programs and workshops.
Manage payroll and timekeeping systems.
